Wonderful customer service- Drake Bay Experts book the best tours with the best people and have access to hotels that are hard to find online, handpicked and reasonably priced with gorgeous views. We were so happy we used them.
Think: you arrive to Drake Bay to find your prepaid taxi waiting to take you to your hotel, then when you change hotels, there’s another taxi there to help transfer you and your luggage!
And they are amazing with last minute changes- two days before we were due to arrive we decided to come a day early. They found us a gorgeous hotel room within a few hours- and had it booked and confirmed. Highly recommend the service for anyone traveling to Drake Bay.
