We are now offering you a direct roundtrip water taxi and shuttle transfer between Uvita, Dominical and Drake Bay! You can now do a day tour in Drake Bay while staying in Uvita or Dominical or you can use the service to get from one place to the other as your next travel destination.
Tickets are $65 per person and $35 for children 4 and under. You may bring 25 kg of luggage per person. Additional luggage weight is $15 per person.
This service is available by reservation only. You must have a ticket ahead of time.
This water taxi shuttle is ONLY available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. It is NOT available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
WATER TAXI DEPARTURE FROM UVITA AND DOMINICAL TO DRAKE BAY
The boat departs for Drake Bay from Restaurant La Parcela in Dominicalito at 6:00 am. Meetup time is 5:40 am
The cost is $65 per person
Arrival at the main beach of Drake Bay, Playa Colorada, is at around 7:30 am.
We also offer land taxi pickups that take you from the point of pickup to the boat in Dominicalito for $5 extra, paid directly to the taxi driver.
Land Taxi Pickup Points:
> From the Dominical Entrance (where the main highway turns off to Dominical), pick up is at 5:30 am
> In front of the Tracopa bus stop in Uvita: pickup at 5:30 AM
> Pirate Drake Office in Uvita: pickup at 5:20 AM
Additional available drop off points after arrival in the Drake Bay area are as follows:
> Cocalito, Marenco, Caletas
> Rincón San Josecito/Jungla del Jaguar ($15 extra per person)

You will arrive to Uvita / Dominicalito between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.
