The Floating Tour is one of the most unique ways to experience the natural wonders of Drake Bay. On this adventure, you’ll hike through pristine rainforest, swim beneath a jungle waterfall, and then float peacefully down a tropical river surrounded by wildlife.

Tour Highlights

• 8:00 AM Pickup – Meet in the main town of Drake Bay and enjoy a 30-minute scenic drive to the trailhead.

• Rainforest Hike – A 2-hour guided trek through lush primary forest, with chances to see monkeys, sloths, lizards, and tropical birds.

• Waterfall Swim – Refresh yourself in a stunning jungle waterfall, spending about 30 minutes enjoying the natural pool.

• River Float – Relax and let the current carry you for about 1.5 hours down a peaceful river, immersed in the sounds of the rainforest.

• Rio Claro Beach – Arrive at a beautiful beach for drinks and snacks before a short 30-minute walk to another nearby beach.

• Return to Drake Bay – Drive back to town, arriving around 1:30 PM.
