Corcovado National Park also contains several endangered species including jaguar, puma, scarlet macaw, crocodiles, tapir, poison dart and golden frogs and the harpy eagle.

You may also see squirrel monkeys, spider monkeys, white faced monkeys as well as howler monkeys, toucans, two-toed and three-toed sloths, agoutis, giant anteaters, black hawks, spectacled owls, hummingbirds, golden-orb spiders, numerous species of butterflies, coatimundis, crocodiles, peccaries (wild pigs), as well as snakes, lizards, and insects.

Besides being known as the most biologically intense place on earth, Corcovado National Park features one of the largest remaining expanses of primary rainforest on the Pacific coast of Central America, and contains an astounding amount of wildlife.

This tour leaves at 6:00 am on the first day and returns to Drake Bay at around 1:30 pm on the second day.
